Q: How will my recipient receive their certificate?
A: The certificate arrives by email as a beautifully designed digital file with a unique redemption code.

Q: How does my recipient redeem their certificate?
A: They visit our website, select their preferred shade, add it to their cart, and enter the redemption code at checkout. The order total will adjust to $0.

Q: Can the certificate be used on other items?
A: No. Our gift certificate is redeemable exclusively for one Hat Fan™.

Q: Do gift certificates expire?
A: No. Our certificates do not expire.

Q: Can the certificate be transferred to someone else?
A: Yes. As long as the code has not been used, it may be gifted to another person.

Gift Certificate Terms & Conditions

1. Digital Delivery Only: Gift certificates are delivered electronically to the purchaser or intended recipient. No physical card will be mailed.
2. One-Time Use: Each certificate contains a unique code redeemable for one Hat Fan™.
3. What’s Included: The certificate covers the full cost of one Hat Fan™, including shipping and applicable taxes.
4. No Cash Value: Certificates cannot be exchanged for cash or partial credit.
5. Non-Refundable: Gift certificate purchases are final and non-refundable.
6. No Expiration: Certificates do not expire.
7. Exclusive Use: Certificates may only be redeemed on our website and may not be applied to any other product or service.
8. Lost Certificates: If lost or deleted, the certificate may be reissued to the original purchaser with proof of purchase.
9. Transferable: Until redeemed, certificates may be gifted to another individual.
10. Fraud Prevention: We reserve the right to void any certificate in cases of suspected fraud or unauthorized use.
