Because each Hat Fan™ is handcrafted and created to order, we take great care in producing beautiful, high-quality pieces. Below is our simple and transparent policy regarding returns and refunds.

All Sales Are Final

Due to the handcrafted, made-to-order nature of our Hat Fan™ products, all sales are final.
We do not accept:

  • Returns
  • Exchanges
  • Refunds

This ensures high-quality craftsmanship and prevents wear or damage to delicate materials.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders may be modified or canceled within 12 hours of purchase.
After 12 hours, production may begin, and changes cannot be guaranteed.

To request an edit or cancellation within the eligible window, contact us immediately at hello@firstladycouture.com.

Damaged or Defective Items

Your satisfaction matters to us. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please email us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos or video of the damage

We will evaluate the claim and, if approved, offer one of the following:

  • A replacement
  • A partial refund
  • A store credit

Damage caused by incorrect handling, misuse, or normal wear and tear is not covered.

Lost or Missing Packages

If tracking confirms delivery but the package is missing:

Please check with neighbors, building staff, or your local carrier office.

  • Look for parcel locker notices or attempted delivery slips.
  • Once an item is marked “Delivered,” we are unable to issue refunds for lost or stolen packages.
    Your local carrier must be contacted to file a claim.

Exchanges

Because all items are custom-made, we do not offer exchanges for color preferences, style changes, or buyer’s remorse. To avoid disappointment, please review product descriptions and color images carefully before ordering.

Gift Certificates / Digital Gifting

Gift certificates are non-refundable and may only be redeemed for merchandise on our website.
They cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred, or replaced if lost.
