Shipping Policy

We offer free hipping on orders over $100. For orders under $100, standard carrier rates apply and will be displayed at check-out. (USPS and UPS)

Shipping Costs
Shipping applies to the United States only. At this time we do not offer international shipping.

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout unless otherwise noted during promotions.
Occasionally, we offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly displayed on our site.

Gift Certificates do not require shipping—they are sent digitally to the recipient’s email address.

Holiday Shipping Deadlines

For guaranteed Christmas delivery:

  • Order by December 5th
  • Orders placed after December 5th may arrive after Christmas due to holiday carrier delays
Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update.

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for entering correct shipping information.
If an address is incorrect, we cannot refund shipping costs or replace items lost due to incorrect address entry.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If a package shows delivered but is missing, please contact the carrier to open a claim.
We will assist when possible, but First Lady Couture™ is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once carriers mark them as delivered.
